We boast a generous 60-day return policy, affirming that you have a full 60 days from the moment of purchase to initiate a return.

We take immense pride in our commitment to customer satisfaction. Within 60 days of your purchase, if you find yourself anything less than completely delighted with your purchase, rest assured, we've got you covered. We offer hassle-free exchanges or refunds for any reason, no questions asked. Plus, returns and exchanges are always on us!

For exchanges, we provide a store credit directly to your Framed Flair account, covering not only the full item cost but also shipping expenses. And here's the best part - no restocking or return shipping fees whatsoever for the original item.

When it comes to refunds, we make it simple by reimbursing the amount paid for your items to your original payment method, minus shipping costs. While shipping fees are non-refundable, our dedication to your satisfaction remains unwavering.

To start your return or exchange process, reach us here. Please keep the items in their original packaging and unused. Do not dispose of them until your return is completed.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that we do not offer free return shipping for 48x32 framed canvas sizes and 40x40, 60x40 standard, and framed canvases.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Please note that custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

After 60 days from the date of your purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Color Differences

We kindly ask for your understanding that there might be slight variations in the colors between what you see on your screen and the print you receive. This is due to the differences in monitors. We do not make any alterations to the original artwork.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
