At Framed Flair, we take pride in creating and delivering high-quality, made-to-order products. Each piece is printed and fulfilled on demand to minimize waste and ensure every order is fresh, unique, and environmentally responsible.
Below you’ll find all the details about how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.
Order Processing & Fulfillment
All of our products are printed and fulfilled on demand, ensuring quality craftsmanship and reducing overproduction.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after purchase. Please note that processing times may vary slightly during peak seasons or holidays.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping Costs
As part of our low-price commitment, shipping is completely free for all orders across the USA—no matter the size, quantity, or material of your order.
There are no hidden fees, no minimums, and no regional surcharges—customers in rural areas enjoy the same free shipping as those in metro locations.
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and order size. In many cases, local fulfillment helps reduce or eliminate additional shipping costs.
Shipping Locations
We ship from our U.S. fulfillment centers in California, Texas, and North Carolina.
Your order will be shipped from the warehouse closest to your delivery address whenever possible to ensure faster delivery times.
International Shipping
We proudly ship to 7+ countries, including Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands, and Spain.
This means:
- No customs duties or import taxes for customers in supported countries.
- Faster delivery times through local printing and shipping.
- A reduced carbon footprint due to localized production.

Delivery Times
USA: 2–5 business days after fulfillment
International (local fulfillment countries): 3–7 business days after fulfillment
Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control (such as carrier delays, customs inspections, or local holidays).
Delivery Method & Couriers
For most orders—especially larger prints—we use courier delivery directly to your door.
Please ensure you provide delivery instructions in case you are not home, as couriers will not leave parcels unattended unless you’ve authorized them to do so.
Shipping to PO Boxes
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO boxes. Delivery must be made to a physical address.
We are happy to deliver to your workplace or business address if that’s more convenient.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track the shipment online or you may track your order HERE.
If you haven’t received tracking information within a few days after the estimated fulfillment window, please reach out to our support team.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Although we carefully package all products, we also fully insure every order during transit for your peace of mind.
If your parcel arrives with obvious damage, please do not accept the delivery. Ask the courier to return it to us and notify our team immediately at info@framedflair.com.
If the parcel was left unattended and arrived damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the packaging and item so we can arrange a replacement right away.
If your package appears to be lost or delayed, please contact us, and we’ll work directly with the carrier to locate or replace it.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.
Framed Flair is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Returned or Undeliverable Packages
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
